"Who Are You?" Exploring Your Identity
Exploring Identity
Many course attendees become fascinated with the Identity aspect of the IEMT and MoM trainings, and they have requested that I create a workshop to explore further aspects of identity.
Now, perhaps more than ever before, identity based issues are becoming something that clients themselves are more aware of with regards to the impacts that a good or a poor sense of self has on many areas of their lives.
This new workshop will be part philosophy, part self discovery, part therapeutic interventions for working with clients.
We will also take a dip into how personality plays a part in our sense of self.
Split over two half days, this first workshop is an on-line Zoom event and will be held on 6th and 7th August between 1pm and 5.30pm. The workshop is open to anyone who is interested in exploring this fascinating subject and in learning a bit more about themselves.
No prior IEMT or MoM experience is required so do let friends and family know too if you think this will be of use.
Here is a testimonial from the previous Workshop:
“What I liked about the workshop was the recognition that there is no one simple definition, it is shaped by many factors and Sonia presented many theories and ideas. This comprehensive approach is what made the workshop so valuable. Many of the exercises we worked with ourselves can be usefully applied with clients and Sonia furnished us with a goodly supply of thought-provoking materials.
I came away from the workshop feeling I had had a good mental workout, yet also invigorated and inspired.”
Catherine Chadwick, Therapist & IEMT Practitioner
"Don't miss this folks! Lot's of detail, useful insights for self and for clients! Oh, and it's fun!"
Sarah Patterson, Veterinary Dr, Therapist & Coach
The course fee still only £125.00
This includes access to a post workshop handouts.
I look forward to seeing You there.
